Andrew has been recruiting in Kansas City for 20 years. He spent the first part of his recruiting career in management with a national staffing agency before joining the Synergy team. He grew up in St. Louis and attended the University of Missouri, graduating from UM-St Louis in 1994. He brings two decades of successful recruiting experience and enjoys helping companies find that perfect fit, even for difficult to fill positions. He is also well-known throughout the industry for his tenacious efforts in securing the best possible position for the candidates that he represents.

In addition to Accounting and Administrative positions, Andrew’s specialty is working with dozens of Kansas City’s law firms and helping them find just the right fit for their Paralegal and Legal Assistant positions. He has been proudly assisting great Kansas City companies with their staffing needs for Synergy since 2015.
